I had the good fortune to run into Mike about ten or twelve years ago, and my life has been so different since I learned to meditate. He knows what he's talking about and this meditation practice is the Rolls Royce of meditation, as far as I am concerned. It was far easier to incorporate the two meditations into my daily life then I thought it would be. I look forward to it, and my new doctor is impressed that I'm taking no medications. My health is terrific for someone my age. or for anyone ( I'm 66.) Its good to know I can call up Mike and get a tune-up on my meditation practice whenever I want, for no extra charge.

learned meditation from Mike in 1995 as I was suffering from some pretty serious gastrointestinal problems. My brother who had been meditating for 10 years suggested I learn to meditate. I looked around and was so lucky to find Mike. I can not say enough wonderful things about Mike and meditation!!!! My husband was skeptical about all of it as he comes from a science background but after researching it, took Mike's program as well. Last year our 10-year old daughter was also intrigued and decide that she would like to learn as well. Mike is great with all ages...he is one of the most knowledgeable, kind and entertaining people I have ever met! Don't hesitate...he is the real deal! You will benefit in so many ways!

I'm going to be the first to admit that I was dragged to this. Not quite kicking and screaming but close. My wife wanted to go and I'm extremely thankful for it. I could write a 10-page paper on this but I'll keep it short.
Our teacher is great, I can't say enough good things. I know of people that have went to other teachers and styles and had little or no success and they went through this program and were amazed at the difference, I have only been through this.
Meditation has different results for different people depending on what your wanting to get out of it. My wife gets a lot of stress relief from it. For me, I get the stress relief but I get an amazing spiritual connection. When I have a deep meditation I feel my "self" disconnect from my mind and body and it is truly indescribable. It doesn't happen with my wife very often so I don't want to set an expectation. I highly recommend this program.

Think of a morning when we have not rested very well the night before. We feel tense, groggy and everything just collapses into dullness and inertia. The world is the same as on the other days, but our appreciation of the world is so much less.

Learning to meditate provides us with a natural and effective means to dissolve even deeply rooted fatigue and stress. With this tool we enjoy more and begin to unfold the full value of life. We begin to notice, even in the first days of meditation, that our eyes seem to be a little more open, our mind seems a bit clearer, we are less worried. Our feelings toward others seem to be more harmonious.

Once we gain the regular routine of practicing every day, life improves and we start living life free from all stresses. We cleanse the awareness of all stresses and strains, leaving the conscious mind ready to enjoy life more.
