How is the TSM Bliss Technique different from Meditation?

The TSM bliss technique is a mental process which includes mantra instruction and specific instructions in how to use it properly. Unlike the TSM technique, the bliss technique can be practiced any time of the day or night. It allows the mind and body to settle yes, but it stirs that level of pure joyfulness and directs it into the body. It's easy but very specific.

One uses the bliss technique as you would meditation. But the TSM Bliss technique is different. This is a technique to relieve and dissolve pain, to improve healing and create the basis for stronger immunity - freedom from imbalances that later could materialize as sickness and disease.
Here are quotes from Deepak Chopra's book, 'Quantum Healing':
When the body is in pain, a distorted area of awareness is crying out to the rest of awareness for help. The way we mobilize the platelets and clotting factors in the blood to heal a cut is nothing more than awareness bringing in help. A bruise heals because intelligence goes to work on it. I think that much has become abundantly clear by now.
The bliss technique gives the patient the experience of himself as pure awareness, the ocean of well-being that is our basic prop and sustenance. With this technique alone it is possible to 'drown' a disease in awareness and cure it. However, like the hypnotic subjects who can focus their attention to make a blister appear, it is also useful to focus attention more precisely to heal.
This technique is taught in 2 lessons - one for 90 minutes and a final lesson for 60 minutes a few days later. Instruction is open to all those who already practice this kind of mantra-based meditation. Here is more from Dr. Chopra::
Let us say that the mind has settled down in meditation and is experiencing itself as silence. Bliss is in that silence, just as just as intelligence is. You can not 'feel' that you are intelligent, but you can feel bliss. The bliss technique brings it out for the mind to register in various ways: as warmth in some part of the body, tingling, a flowing sensation, or several other physical manifestations. Bliss remains abstract, but a sort of 'afterglow' is being picked up during the technique...The bliss level of awareness is always present; the techniques simply draw the conscious mind to it. Once bliss is experienced, the mind-body connection has been made.
The TSM Bliss technique restores our lost link with that healing power of bliss, wholeness, pure being. By practicing the technique we access our innermost centre of being.
Personal Instruction in the TSM Bliss Technique is easily learned in 2 lessons and is open to all who are already practicing meditation regularly for at least 6 months. You have meditated regularly for 6 months or longer? Consider adding this ancient supplement to regular meditation.

Since it is a meditation practice that requires you learn a new mantra, we will need about 90 minutes to complete your first class and 1 hour for follow up a week later . The practice can also be checked/reviewed from time-to-time at no cost. The basic instruction in the TSM Bliss Technique is $200. If you are learning via Zoom you can pay by Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Paypal.
There are 3 distinct stages to the practice and we go over that at the time personal instruction. There are no time restrictions day or night - one can practice just before bed, mid-day, whenever there are a few minutes available.
New classes are taught regularly at our center in Deerfield Beach. Classes are also available in Palm Beach Gardens and Miami Beach.

A brief summary of Deepak Chopra's book, 'Quantum Healing': Early on in 'Quantum Healing', Deepak Chopra asks an interesting question: Why, when your body mends a broken arm, is it not considered a miracle, but when your body rids itself of cancer, it is? Chopra believes the two phenomena spring from the same well, that the body is capable of doing much more than we assume it can. He calls this ability to cure disease from within “quantum healing”, and shows how we're all capable of it. He believes intelligence exists everywhere in our bodies, in each of our 50 trillion cells, and that therefore each cell knows how to heal itself. It's a fascinating assertion, one that remains unprovable by science but overwhelmingly true by anecdote.
